President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived the People’s Republic of China alongside his wife and other members of his delegate.
Buhari’s visit to China is to see President Xi Jinping and the Chinese Prime Minister to discuss ways to improve the bilateral agreement between the two nations.
He is also expected to speak to a cross section of Nigerians in the Asian country to discuss ways by which the nation’s economy can be improved. As part of the visit, the Nigerian President will also talk to Xinping about the infrastructural works being done by Chinese companies in Nigeria, especially in the Ministries of Power, and Transportation.
Buhari’s delegation to China consists Senators, Ministers and four State Governors. Ministers that accompanied Buhari to China are the Ministers of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama and some others.
It is Buhari’s first visit to the Asian powerhouse in his three years in office.
